INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ABOUT OF GOD JAL

The following instructions are issued for delivery of Godjal bottles to the customers.

1. It must be ensured that Godjal bottles are delivered to the customers on the same day

of receipt under proper acquittance.

2. Care should be taken to see that minimum expenditure is incurred.

3. From SO to BO point, carton boxes should be sent through GDSMC/BPM concerned

4. Necessary precautions must be taken while transporting the bottles to avoid damage

of bottles.

5. The delivery personnel will carry the bottles (under their jurisdiction) for delivery.

He delivers the bottle duty verifying the customer copy, obtaining signature on the

same and collecting back the customer copy.

6. If customer copy is lost a receipt token of delivery shall be obtained on a plain paper

and bottle may be delived.

7. In both the above cases, the customer copy and customer receipts (on plain paper)

shall be paired with the office coy (available with Postmaster) and filed.

8. The list of customers booked Godjal tickets online is enclosed herewith.  The SPM

shall deliver the Godjal bottles to those customers also through the concerned beat

postman/GDSDA under acquittance.
